This group is for anyone interested in the 48 Hour Film Project (48HFP) in San Diego. The 48HFP is an annual film event where teams of filmmakers (and non-filmmakers) compete to see who can make the best film, starting from zero, in 48 hours or less. Completed films are screened at a local theater the week following the filming weekend. Meetups will be all of the various events leading up to the competition and also the subsequent screening events and wrap parties.

There are approximately a million residents in Riverside County from Riverside to Temecula and of course many of them love movies. However no theaters in this region regularly offer independent, foreign and/or classic films.
